Plaid, an iconic pattern, has been popular throughout history, and continue to be staples in fashion. With the increasing popularity of infinity scarf, the plaid pattern has become a mainstay of fall scarf for many brands. So, how can we make plaid infinity scarf a little bit more interesting? We decided to fuse plaid and floral pattern together to craft an infinity scarf.

We started with a floral pattern which we chose for one of our signature design, beaded scarf. Then we screen for a compatible plaid pattern with the floral pattern. Once we decided the fabrics which can go together, we tried two different ways to fuse them together: 1) two fabrics side by side, 2) two fabrics back by back. Then we found ourselves in an awkward position, so which one to choose? We decide to hang two scarves side by side and vote for preference for about a week. We found that the scarf which has two fabrics side by side won slightly more votes. That is the design story of this plaid floral fusion scarf.

Material:

Floral Pattern: 100% cotton, stone blue as primary color and light brown as secondary color

a hint of red all over the fabric

Plaid Pattern: 95% cotton, 5% linen; light teal as primary color and red as secondary color

a hint of white all over the fabric

Dimension: 77" Inner Circumference, 23.5 " width

Notes from seller:

1) I have to admit that I am not very good at describing colors. Therefore my description of plaid fabric could be very incomplete. There are colors which are present on the fabric but not mentioned in description. Please refer to detail pictures for more colors.

2) Please be aware that the plaid fabric does contain 5% linen, therefore you may experience a granular feel, which is a natural characteristic of linen. If you consider your skin is very sensitive to the granular feel of fabric or you just simply are not a fan of linen, then this scarf is not for you.
