Corrie Worsted is a delightful mix of Falkland Corriedale and Gotland, custom milled for and hand dyed by La Bien Aimée. 

A blend of soft Corriedale (a relative of Merino) and lustrous Gotland long wool, this is a 3-ply, unique base with subtle color variations in the base itself that shows up with wonderful depth when dyed and knit up into fabric.

The gentle sheen from Gotland wool creates a multi dimensional fabric. When blocked, the fibers create a gentle bloom and fills in the space between stitches beautifully. 

We love Corrie Worsted for scarves, hats, and garments. It shows up beautifully whether knit plain or worked with cables, as we did in our Friendship Pullover pattern.
